The property is specifically designed to welcome families and friends and create an environment of total relaxation for a carefree stay. Up to eight guests can feel at home at Serengeti House, with two suites in the main house and two garden suites situated on either side with daily onsite staff and management.

Complimentary Amenities

Game drives are all conducted in state-of-the-art Land Rovers, each accommodating a maximum of six guests. Almost 400,000 wildebeest calves are born during a 6-week period usually between late January and mid-March. Generally over the year the animals move from the wet southern and eastern plains of the Serengeti from November to March through the western and central region to the dryer north of the Serengeti National Park, both north and south of the Mara River, from the end of May through October.

Your expert guide and tracker will accompany you as you track animals on foot through the wilderness and explore the magnificent plants and landscapes around you.

We suggest a minimum age of 15 years for this activity, but participation is at the discretion of your Field Guide.

Scheduled flights or private charters can be arranged. All flights land at the Singita airstrip located 10 minutes from the lodge. On scheduled flights, the weight of luggage is restricted to 15kg / 33lb for checked baggage and 5kg / 11lb for hand luggage. Only soft-sided luggage is permitted.
